Acceptable stay, some aspects underwhelming
poor breakfast non-functioning safe
The breakfast buffet, though extensive, lacked some finesse. Many items seemed mass-produced and not particularly fresh. The room also had issues. The in-room safe was not functioning upon arrival. It took two calls to reception and over an hour for someone to come and fix it. IT WAS inconvenient.

dirty bath cheating hotel
the room was quite large.. it definitely exceeded my expectations.
The minibar was anything but complimentary. I found that rather cheeky for a supposed five-star hotel. even more appalling, the bath looked like it hadn't seen proper cleaning in ages. All sorts of nastiness spewed out when i dared to use the massage function. it reminded me of a rather elaborate prank.

nice staff great location good food poor air-condition portable cooler unfixed issue
the staff were very nice. the location is great. i liked that i could walk to see many things. the food was good too.
the air-condition didn't work well in my room. there was also a portable cooler. the hotel technician came three times, but it did not get fixed. they brought a fan instead.
